We can offer you a wholesale price for no minimum order requirement. However please advise your name, contact telephone number, e-mail address, businesss details to info@chiby.com.au in order to confirm you are a genuine retailer.

As soon as we review and verify your inquiry, we’ll contact you and send you our wholesale price list.

Shipping
We dispatch the goods using the best transport method suitable for the weight/volume of your order.
If you would like to arrange your own pick up, you can visit us and pick up your wholesale order (Our Australian office is located in Sydney and Japan office is located in Kobe). Our lead-time is usually 2 weeks. If items are not in stock, we may ask you to wait longer. For those who are interested to see our products and buy at the same time, please advise myself to make an appointment. If you are within Sydney area, I may be able to bring my products to show you.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs differs depending on the weight of order and destination. We will inform you of shipping costs for each shipment. Upon your acceptance of the cost, the total price will be finalised.

Payment
All wholesale orders are subject to advance payment prior to shipping.
Payment method accepted are cash payment (when you are picking your orders from our blanch office), PayPal, bank cheque and bank transfer.

Guarantee
Should a product be damaged or faulty, you may return the products within 14 days of the delivery date to have the product replaced, repaired or receive a refund / credit.
